Robbery  Public Safety Information 
At 0728 AM on 12-30-19, LPD Officers responded to the area of N 5th St and Ferry St in reference to a Robbery.  The victim, Angela Saylor (age 50), reported that she was attacked by a suspect.  The suspect tackled the victim to the ground and took her keys.  The suspect then used the keys to steal the victims silver 2012 Chevrolet Cruze, with Indiana license plate 989NEM. 
The suspect is described as a black male in his late teens to early twenties, about 6 feet tall, wearing white pants, a dark parka-style coat with fur around the hood, and red/white shoes.
